Suicide tragically affects so many young people, who often feel alone and uncertain about where to turn for help. But recognizing the warning signs, offering support, and providing resources can help prevent these tragedies. This video is a compassionate resource that not only teaches people how to recognize the warning signs but also shows them how they can support those with suicidal thoughts. By helping people see the world through the eyes of someone struggling with suicidal thoughts, the video reminds us that something as simple as a text message can make a world of difference in helping someone get through a difficult time.
